Their new beautiful 7000 square foot, freestanding building included the bakery and a café, with indoor and outdoor seating for up to 100. In 2007, Eddie’s Bakery Café was purchased by Central Valley restaurateur Marc Wickliffe, and his wife, Rachelle.
Marc’s 20 plus years of owning and operating successful restaurants help them remain focused on continuing to provide the high quality, delicious baked goods that Eddie’s loyal customers expect, with convenient, friendly and professional service.
After nearly 75 years of business, Eddie’s continues to combine the use of the finest ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment, and old world artisan baking skills to produce the best possible bakery products. Eddie’s full-line bakery specializes in Decorated Cakes, Pastries, Cookies, Breads, Wedding Cakes, daily Café Lunches, Saturday and Sunday morning Breakfast, and gourmet coffee beverages from our full service Espresso Bar.
