Eddie's Bakery Cafe was founded by Eddie Riedenauer in 1939 and was known at the time through 2000 as Eddie's Pastry Shop. Today, Eddie's is owned and operated by second generation family, Jim and Laurie Riedenauer. After 62 years of operation, Eddie's Bakery Cafe has established itself in a new modern, 7,000 square foot building on the NorthWest corner of Cedar and Herndon in Fresno, California.

Eddie's combines the use of the finest ingredients, state-of-the-art equipment, and old world artisan baking skills to produce the best possible bakery products. Eddie's is a full-line bakery with specialty areas in Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Cafe Lunches, and Espresso Bar featuring Lattes, Mochas, and Fruit Smoothies.
