Eye-Opener. Two eggs any style and café potatoes, served with toasted bread.

     Add bacon or ham

Club Med Omelet. Three eggs with roasted eggplant, peppers, artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes and Feta cheese folded in. Served with café potatoes and toasted bread.

Fast Eddie’s Scramble. Two eggs scrambled with seasoned ground beef, fresh spinach and shredded Fontina cheese.  Served with café potatoes and toasted bread.

Florentine Quiche. Fresh spinach, savory Swiss cheese and eggs, baked in a buttery pastry shell. Served with fresh fruit and muffin.


Fried Egg Sandwich.  Grilled sourdough topped with two large eggs, Bravo Farms White Cheddar and a mayo-mustard spread.  Served with side of fresh fruit.

Croque-Madame.  Grilled Black Forest Ham and cheese sandwich, topped with a fried egg and creamy Mornay sauce. Served with café potatoes.

Steak and Egg Burrito. Juicy steak, eggs, café potatoes, fresh avocado, Cotija cheese and spicy salsa verde, wrapped together in a garlic-herb tortilla.


Cinnamon Swirl French Toast. Two thick hand-cut slices of fresh baked cinnamon bread topped with fresh berries. Served with a side of syrup and whipped butter.

Belgian Waffle. A crispy golden waffle topped with fresh berries, served with syrup and whipped butter.

Eddie’s Granola.  Soft baked rolled oats with generous portions of almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, shredded coconut, raisins, dried cranberries and apricots, sweetened with brown sugar, maple syrup and honey.

Mixed together with nonfat milk, whole milk or yogurt.

Mixed with soy milk.

     Add fresh berries

Oatmeal. Old-fashioned Steel Cut Oats served with a side of fresh berries.

California Chicken.  Sliced chicken breast, avocado, Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo served on a French roll.

Reuben. Corned beef grilled with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and creamy Reuben sauce on swirled rye.

B-L-A-T. Applewood-smoked bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato on toasted sourdough with mayo.

California Club. Sliced turkey breast, avocado, bacon, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo served on a butter croissant.

Steak Sandwich. Grilled ribeye served open face on a French roll, topped with onions, mushrooms and melted Fontina cheese.

White Cheddar Burger. Juicy char-broiled Certified Angus and Bravo Farms White Cheddar, served with lettuce and tomato on the side.

Rustic Italian Salad. Smoked chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, Italian white beans, and mixed greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with bruschetta.

Grilled Chicken Salad. Grilled chicken breast, blue cheese and candied pecans, served with a crisp cookie-crown topper and side of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Fresh Pear Salad. Fresh sliced pears, dried cranberries, goat cheese, pine nuts and mixed greens with a crisp cookie-crown topper and side of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Tossed Cobb Salad. Bacon, turkey, avocado, blue cheese, chopped eggs, tomatoes, olives and mixed greens tossed together with your choice of dressing: ranch, honey-mustard, Caesar or balsamic vinaigrette.  Served with garlic bread.

Caesar Salad. Crisp Romaine lettuce tossed with shredded parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing.

Grilled Salmon Salad. Char-broiled salmon filet, cucumbers, dried cherries, blue cheese and spiced walnuts on a bed of honey-mustard tossed mixed greens.  Served with garlic bread.

Vegetarian. Grilled onions, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, eggplant and jack cheese on grilled focaccia bread.

Grilled Chicken. Tender chicken breast, caramelized onions and jack cheese grilled hot on focaccia bread.

Albacore Tuna. Chunky tuna salad with melted jack and cheddar cheeses grilled hot on focaccia bread.

Margherita. Fresh Mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil and pesto sauce grilled hot on focaccia bread.



Mediterranean. Grilled chicken, hummus, Kalamata olives, tomatoes, red onion, roasted red peppers, feta cheese and baby greens, drizzled with yogurt sauce and wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Tex Mex. Steak, Spanish rice, black beans, avocado, corn salsa and sweet BBQ sauce wrapped inside a spinach tortilla.

Chicken Pesto. Chicken breast, basil pesto, sun-dried tomato risotto, shredded parmesan cheese and baby greens drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette in a garlic tortilla.

Asian Salmon. Pan-seared salmon, jasmine rice, cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, mixed greens and Asian chili sauce wrapped in a tomato tortilla.
