HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
The wedding cake is very special, so Eddie’s encourages brides to schedule an appointment with one of our qualified wedding cake consultants for the best personal attention: (559) 323-0900. Please feel free to choose from any of the styles within our albums or bring a photo and discuss your ideas with a consultant. You will need to have a set date, time and location for the reception prior to ordering. Most orders are placed 3 to 6 months in advance, however, we can often accommodate wedding cake orders with less notice.
CAKE SAMPLES
We want to make a cake that tastes as good as it looks. With advance notice, we will make up to 3 samples of our cakes with fillings at no cost. Additional samples or larger portions are available with a charge. The date, time and location of your reception must be disclosed upon ordering samples in order to determine if we will be available to make your cake.
PRICING
There are 4 price categories to choose from, including our: “Sweet & Simple”, “Classic”, “Exceptional” and “Elite”. Our Sweet and Simple designs are priced from about $1.60 per serving. The Classic, Exceptional and Elite Custom cakes range from about $2.50 to $4.50 per serving depending on the use of gum paste flowers, accessories and fondant. We have styles to fit any budget. Sheet cakes are often used to supplement the wedding cake and lower the cost per serving. Please contact an Eddie’s wedding consultant for a detailed price list.
DELIVERY
Price of delivery within 10 miles of Eddie’s is included with cakes starting at $250, Monday through Saturday. A $25 charge will be added for cakes delivered within 10 miles but valued under $250, or any cake delivered on Sundays. Deliveries outside the area are offered at an additional charge, based on the mileage and time involved .
DEPOSITS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A 25% deposit is required when reserving your date and time. We may not be able to accommodate changes in delivery time that occur after the initial scheduled reservation. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to the reception date. A 25% fee is charged for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the reception date. No money is refunded 5 days prior to the date. Out of town deliveries are subject to charges as well as a minimum purchase.
Eddie’s offers an extensive variety of cake flavors, fillings, condiments and liqueurs. Combinations of flavors and fillings from tier to tier are encouraged to meet the varying tastes of the wedding guests. If you don’t see something you like from our list, ask and we will try to do it for you. All flavors, fillings and condiments listed are included at no extra charge in any custom cake (certain Icings/Coverings may be additional charge).
